So sorry to be posting late-
Went to Island View Oct 17-19. Had a great time; I think the best trip we've had in a LONG time. Can't say we had big wins, but lots of little wins. You guys know we play min. slots; I won $70 playing 30 cents a pop on some hot hot slot machine. It was giving me 360 times every spin on the bonus; and it re-triggered in the bonus. I had put 60 cents in when that happened. 60 cent investment for $70? I call that winning! Hubby always wins on...

27th Oct - Mom arrives
Went to the airport by taxi and waited in baggage claim. She was on a wheelchair so we didn't know how she was coming, so we waited there. She doesn't use a wheelchair, but at airports she uses one to make sure she doesn't get lost. She got there 10 minutes after the Presidential Limo driver (recommend highly!). Lake Tahoe

I had a great time in Lake Tahoe. The flight was sponsored by Harrah's on Allegiant, direct from Mobile AL to Reno-Tahoe Airport. Took advanage of a free flight & 2 nights from the IP. Went with my better half, son and his wife. All free. Flew out of Tampa on Continental. They use a 50 seat jet which has 3 seats across each row. Flight leaved a 1PM and touchdown in Gulfort at about 1:30 Central time. IP had a shuttle waiting to pick us up. There were about 16 of us.

Well I'll try to make it short.We stayed downtown most of the trip which we really enjoyed.It was nice just going walking distance to multiple properties to gamble or eat.We did have a $100 food voucher for Freemont hotel/Casino which we used within 2 days :0.Some great steak at the 2nd st. grill I think its called.We played many table games which are all low limit $3-5 min.Didn't do too bad,had some fun winning sessions on Roulette.Played many slots penny to $1. Still practically penniless from my recent Biloxi trip, b-u-t …almost back to 'normal' (ha…whatever that is…), I was ready to go when husband suggested to go down to the Tampa HR for 'shrimp'. He just loves their super sized shrimp in the 'Plum' (yes, those babies are bigger than in Biloxi).

No parking available in VIP section, that's always a good indication that there is some sort of drawing going on.. And, sure...

We drove from central Florida to Biloxi for two comp nights at the Beau and $180 freeplay. Probably won't do that again as it's too hard on the body since our drive was about 8 hours each way.

A fun time was had by all. The Beau Rivage did a super job hosting the meet. We all got two free drink coupons and a cocktail server was there the entire time.
