OK, here is my first attempt at a Trip Report. Be kind.
Left to go to Biloxi from Atlanta on June 25th. Decided to stop overnight near Montgomery so we could go to the Riverside Casino. That turned out to be a mistake.
The Riverside was so loud and crowded. We left there with no winnings.
Got to the Hard Rock Biloxi June 26th around noon. Room was not ready so Chris hit the casino while I hit the pool. I just love the Hard Rock pool.
Stayed at the pool for 2 hours and then found Chris in Casino playing his favorite, Jackpot Station.
Finally got the call letting us know our suite was ready. Very nice suite, 0534. We usually stay on a higher floor, but I guess we didn't rank that high this weekend.
I really enjoy sitting on the balcony and smelling the Gulf.
FL Mary and FL Kathy found us in the Hard Rock around 4 ish I think. It was really nice meeting them. We chatted for about 30 minutes and then moved on. I think we were all in Casino mode and wanted to get gambling.
That evening, we saw Joan Rivers in concert and got front row tickets. She was very funny and we both had a good time. After the show, she grabbed one of the plants on stage and gave it to me. I will cherish it forever. We also got invited to the Meet and Great after the show. We got to hug her and get our pics made with her. She was so pleased to see "Her Gays"...
Next day involved me at the Pool and Island View Casino. Chris got an offer for double the coupon from competitor. So we took it to the Island View and they gave us $450 in free play. We ended up leaving with $525. Not to bad.
Had a pool side cabana. Got lunch from the Hard Rock Cafe and that was good. Had Chicken Caeser wraps.
We tried some different games this time. I really enjoyed a new one called Zeus II. I think it is a Super Hot Re-spin game. Chris got a big payout of almost $200 on one spin.
So to wrap up..
I came home with more money than I took, and Chris basically funded our next trip.
Will be going back sometime in August I believe.
