Leigh was not part of the layoffs, however he is so loaded up with all the extra work now because the night Manager in the players Club is gone. So he is doing all the work she did, plus all his own duties and works way too many OT hrs every day. He is on salary, so he doesn't get OT pay. It is a real bummer. He has not taken a day off in over 5 years, except for his vacations. He has fantastic work ethics. The Beau is very lucky to have him....too bad they don't realize it. By the way, his days off are Tue/Wed, but you should be able to say hi to him on Thur/Fri.

I made a mistake on the dinner buffet. It is only $7.99 for dinner on Wednesdays only and their breakfast on Wed. is only $4.99, their lunch is $5.99. I don't know how much the buffet's are on other days/nights.
However, an early-bird discount of $5 off the dinner buffet is given every night except Sat & Wed. Also, Classic Rockers age 50 or older get a half-price buffet on Tuesdays.

ps: CharlesTGeorgia: I did take a trip to LV with Linda. Actually I was there only for 2 nights and didn't spend enough to write a report about. My main reason for going was to visit with my sister who drove from Phoenix to LV to pick me up. I stayed with her for several more nights in Phoenix, then flew on back to Biloxi.

Chump & BG, thanks for the well wishes. Unfortunately, Leigh is not that young anymore either. He does a good job of keeping up with the rest of them though, usually better.

allybeanie, for myself, I much prefer the Beau Champagne Brunch. Well, we did eat at the Hard Rock dinner buffet again and this time it wasn't so great. Everything was cold, but we ate at around 8pm, so I guess they didn't refill any of the items. I'm not so hepped up on it now.

Dorrie
